Deciding to begin your counselling journey can be a difficult step, but it is definitely the right step!
I am a qualified, certified and licensed counsellor, based in Leeds. My counselling room is located in Leeds city centre, just a short walk from Leeds Train Station and easily accessed by bus. I also offer online video counselling via Facetime, Messenger, WhatsApp or your preferred platform.

I work with adults of all ages to navigate the issues that they are currently facing and provide the opportunity to discover ways to make meaningful life changes. I provide a Person Centred Approach to counselling this may be long or short-term depending on what you need. My counselling services include:

The focus is to enable you to focus on harnessing your own natural self-healing processes and can be applied to a range of issues.
